Commercial
- N800 and N810 come with Wayfinder maps pre-installed. Routing/navigation is not enabled by default and requires a $99/3 years license. Map data and formats are proprietary.
Free Mapping software
- Maemo Mapper is a tile based mapping application. Maemo mapper downloads map tiles from openstreetmap, google maps and various other map sources and stores the on the device for further usage.
- Mapper is a fork of Maemo Mapper designed for openstreetmap data collection.
- Navit is a vector mapping and routing application. Navits primary data source is openstreetmap, but certain garmin maps are also supported.
- Gosmore is a vector mapping and routing application. Gosmores data source is openstreetmap.
- OSM2Go is an editor for openstreetmap data.
