The theme of garage.maemo.org is still from the early days (2005). With some effort we could setup a GForge test site and hack the 'newstyle' theme.

Unfortunately it is not enough to create a standard GForge theme, due to a number of customization we happened to do compared to upstream.

I believe within a couple of days we could get a reasonable result.
